Glenn Sanders, South Region Technical Service Advisor, joined Retriever Services in 2005. He is responsible for customer service and relations, as well as deployment of equipment and service calls following installation. When your business hits a snag with its credit card machine and calls for support, Glenn (or Tim) will answer all your questions–not someone in another country! If the issue requires a service visit, Glenn will come to your workplace in one business day, if not the same day of the call. When he’s not working, Glenn enjoys hunting and racing motocross for Retriever MX.
